Registration was closed. Thank you for a lot of applications!

It is possible to submit an abstract and register/pay later.

Registration/payment and abstract submission are two separate procedures through two different web systems. You can submit an abstract from the side menu "Submit an abstract" in the left-hand side even before registration. You will need to make a user account for the abstract system. If you do not complete your registration/payment by the late registraion deadline, your abstract will be cancelled automatically.

 

Early registration fee (April/1-July/15) : 25,000 JPY

Late registration fee (July/16-September/15) : 30,000 JPY

The registration fee includes

  • Access to the sessions
  • Conference bag and content
  • Coffee breaks
  • Electronic proceedings
  • All taxes

The registration fee does not include

Cancel policy for the registration fees including banquet and child care tickets: 

  • 100% refund upon request by 45 days after the registration/payment and 0% after that time.
